Automotive Administration Support
Milkat focuses on flexible support in administration, communication and organisation for companies in the automotive sector.
We have gained experience with brand garages, dealer groups, importers, leasing companies, second-hand dealers, etc., and for companies such as SAIC Europe, Aiways Europe, D'Ieteren, Vancia, Astara, Van Mossel and Emil Frey.
We have supported the launch of the warranty administration in Europe for SAIC Europe (Maxus and MG) and Aiways Europe.
--> our approach is straightforward and transparent: we carry out the one-off or recurring assignments you give us as agreed and invoice you every two weeks for the work done, based on our or your time registration. No intermediaries or underlying organisation. Discreet, flexible and in consultation.
We work partly from our home office in Tongeren-Borgloon or Jabbeke, but are of course available on location if necessary, depending on the assignment. Remote working offers advantages in terms of cost, time savings and flexibility.
We are available from a few hours a week, for projects, flexible on-call support and long-term collaborations. Our longest collaboration has been running since 2017!
